|Recommended: YesLoved everything about it — I loved living here... the elevator to the parking garage would be down probably once a month or so but it wasn’t a big deal. Hallways were clean, never heard a neighbor ever and I was on the 14th floor. Amazing views of the city and river. Nothing like walking out of your apartment and going to a game or the Christmas tree lighting all within a few blocks. Best 2 years of my life

|Recommended: YesThe proprty is well maintanied and operated by the main operations manager Chantel. She is very attentive to all of the tenants needs. — Great location, quality, and atmosphere. The staff and manager are very polite and I credit them for the outstanding management of the estate. Nonetheless, one of the best views you can get in Detroit by living in the Griswold. I would consider allowing two parking spots per unit as if you have significant other or spouse that lives with you they should have a parking spot for their vehicle as well as we all know the hardship of locating parking in the city of Detroit.
